Custom Photo Magnets

Each of our photo magnets is made to order, which means we don’t typically accept returns or offer refunds. However, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your magnets for any reason, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue and ensure you’re satisfied with your purchase.

Magnet Making Bundles

All machine and cutter kit purchases are final. Due to the nature of these products, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once the purchase is complete.

Magnet Machine 2 Years Warranty

We proudly stand behind the quality of our magnet-making machines with a 2-Year warranty. If your machine isn’t functioning as expected, please contact us at support@pixelstorymagnets.com.au.

Our technical support team will first walk you through a troubleshooting process to identify and resolve the issue. If that doesn’t resolve the problem, we will cover the shipping costs to have the machine sent to our facility in Western Australia.
If the machine cannot be repaired by our technicians, we will replace it free of charge.

Please note the following warranty exclusions:

• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or accidents is not covered.

• Any disassembly or unauthorised modification of the machine will void the warranty.

• We recommend keeping the original box and packing materials in case the machine ever needs to be returned to us.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice any defects, damage during shipping, or if you received the wrong item, let us know immediately. We’re here to help and will work quickly to make things right.
